Here’s how to submit an employment verification request:

  1. Click your Workday profile picture.
  2. Select Actions under your job title.
  3. Scroll down to Worker Request.
  4. Choose Request Reference Letter and follow the prompts.

Occasional “work from home” arrangements may be approved for a variety of circumstances. Examples include, but are not limited to, inclement weather, special projects, business travel, or waiting for repair or internet services. These arrangements are approved by the managing supervisor on an as-needed basis only, with no expectation of ongoing continuance.

Suspected misconduct may be reported to an employee’s immediate supervisor, department chair or dean (or to another individual in the employee’s chain of command).

Alternatively, you can report a violation to the appropriate office.
