What is the UM Enterprise System?
At UM the Enterprise system includes SIS/ERP/HCM/FA, Payroll, Finance, and Research.
Why is UM implementing a new Enterprise System?
SAP, currently known as the platform for UM’s Enterprise System solution has been in place for twenty-three years and it is nearing the end of life in December 2027. UM has hired a consulting group, CampusWorks to aid in this evaluation.
What areas and functions will be part of the new system?

What is happening now?
UM has hired a consulting group, CampusWorks to aid in either upgrading or replacing our current Enterprise system. Kick-off is set to begin in October of 2022.
Can I still submit project requests to IT during the time of the ERP implementation?
Yes, but bear in mind that any new projects will likely be delayed until the new ERP is implemented. Use the IT Work Request form to submit projects for consideration.
