- What is the UM Enterprise System?
- At UM the Enterprise system includes SIS/ERP/HCM/FA, Payroll, Finance, and Research.
- Why is UM implementing a new Enterprise System?
- SAP, currently known as the platform for UM’s Enterprise System solution has been in place for twenty-three years and it is nearing the end of life in December 2027. UM has hired a consulting group, CampusWorks to aid in this evaluation.

- What is happening now?
- UM has hired a consulting group, CampusWorks to aid in either upgrading or replacing our current Enterprise system. Kick-off is set to begin in October of 2022.
- Can I still submit project requests to IT during the time of the ERP implementation?
- Yes, but bear in mind that any new projects will likely be delayed until the new ERP is implemented. Use the IT Work Request form to submit projects for consideration.
