South Oxford Campus Connector Shuttle
The O.U.T. bus system operates a new shuttle van service between the Kennon Observatory Transportation Hub and the South Oxford Campus (SOC - old Baptist Memorial Hospital).
The service consists of a single transit bus which picks up from the Kennon Observatory Transportation Hub and from the main entrance on the south side of the South Oxford Campus building. The service operates Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Schedule details are posted on the O.U.T. Website.
In addition to the SOC Connector Shuttle, the O.U.T. Red Line South has added a stop at the SOC to its normal daily and weekend schedules. The pickup/dropoff location at the SOC is at the same location listed above for the SOC Connector Shuttle. When waiting for service at the SOC, please do not mistake the Red Line South service for the SOC Connector as the Red LineSouth route is much longer and no longer makes a stop on the university campus. Vehicles operating these services should be well marked but do ask the driver if you are unsure. The Red Line South schedule is posted on the O.U.T. Website.
