I forgot my password. What can I do?

To reset your password, click Password Help on the myOleMiss logon page. Then, click the "I have forgotten my password and can't login" link. If you are unable to reset your password using this tool, complete the Password Change Request Form.

My password has expired. What can I do?

To reset your password, click Password Help on theĀ myOleMiss logon page. Then, click the "I know my password, or it has expired, and I need to reset it" link. If you are unable to reset your password using this tool, complete the Password Change Request Form."

I have a parent WebID and need to reset my password. What can I do?

To reset your password, click Password Help on the myOleMiss logon page. Then, click the "I have forgotten my password and can't login" link. If you are unable to reset your password using this tool, complete the Password Change Request Form.

My password has been locked after multiple login attempts to my myOleMiss account. How do I unlock it?

As a security measure, your account will be locked after multiple incorrect login attempts have been made using your WebID. If your account has been locked, please contact the IT Helpdesk at 662-915-5222 or helpdesk@olemiss.edu.

I want to enter my cell phone information, so I can reset my password without contacting the IT Helpdesk. How can I do that myself?

Employees and students can verify or change their cell phone information by logging in to myOleMiss. Employees click the Employee tab, expand the My HR Tools app, select Address & Communication Preferences.
Students click the Student tab, expand the My Profile app, select Contact Information.
